Registration for Speaker

Qualification

All attendees must register for the Symposium. (including Oral/Poster speakers except invited speakers)
It is required to be a indivisual member of SPSJ to attend the meeting. Please become a member, if you are not our member.
But,If you visit Japan for this meeting, You do not need to become a member. At the time of registration please write so it.
 
 

Registration

Please acquire a Registration number (T74-****).
A Presenter needs registration before applying for paper Presentation.
Please pay Registration fee and membership fee until May 28th.
When your Registration fee won't be paid by a dead line, your Presentation will be drawn. The person who became our member at this time need pay membership fee,too(Except of Living Outside of Japan).
 
 

Apply for Presentation

After Registration number (T74-****) acquisition, please apply for paper presentation. You can get "ID Number" for presentation.
When you do only registration, you couldn't present. After registration, you need to apply for presentation.
 
 
 

Presentation form

General Topics

The presentation are 5 patterns usually, "Oral long presentation", "Oral short presentation", "English Oral long presentation", "English oral short presentation",and the other is "Poster presentation"  in General Topics.
We accept the presentation, according to a classify of general theme. In rotation, theme of this year is as follows tables;　However, we request to change the presentation type cause of the place, or something problem. The decision, please leave it to the steering committee.

Strategic Topics

To deepen the discussion, we provide Session Organizer (SO) in each topics. SO take charge of the program organization and the management on that day.
Strategic Topics is "Oral long presentation" only.
Each Topics has the schedule number. When a set frame of each topics is exceeded, your application may be changes to the poster presentation.
     

Notice

• When application was completed succcessfully, you get a mail. If e-mail does not reach 3 hours later after finishing application,please contact us.
• Please leave to the steering committee, the adoption or rejection of the application and the program organization.
• When three oral presentation or more from the same laboratory is consecutive, we might move part to the poster presentation.

 
 
 

Announce of Program

From late June, we will send you by E-mail the Date and Time of your presentation with the Presentation Number.
A format for preparing a PREPRINT will also be enclosed.
Please E-mail to contact when mail doesn't reach even if it becomes July 4.
