How to present / advice of Presentation

 

Oral Presentation

Registration

All speakers should join Zoom 30 minutes before their presentation time.
 
 

Presentation Time

  • Presentation time is for 15 minutes (including 2 minutes for question-and-answer session and 1 minutes to prepare).
    Your presentation may be cut off before finished in case it is over 15 minutes.
  • Time keeper ring bells 1 time in 9 minutes, 2 times in 12 minutes, 3 times to finish question-and-answer session.
 
 

How to present

  • After joining Zoom, when it is your turn to present, please share the file and begin your presentation.
  • Please follow the instructions of the chairperson.
 
 

Preparation for presentation

  • There will be a test period for Zoom, so please be sure to test it.
  • Please check audio and file sharing among people in the same department.
  • The secretariat will have a response time, so if you confirm, please take the test at that time.

Registration

  • There will be a period for video submissions. Submission period:March 25, 10:00 - April 3, 15:00
  • IF you choose the on-demand-presentation option, please submit your video by the deadline.  
 

Presentation Time

  • The presentation time is scheduled to be 5 minutes.
  • Please be sure to adhere to the presentation time.
 

How to present

  • Please post the materials and input the audio.
  • You can attend the lecture at any time during the event period.
 
 

Preparation for presentation

  • Please be sure to check the recorded content before submitting.
  • We will provide details regarding files, capacity, etc. at a later date.

Oral presentation ・ On-demand presentation

You will present in both "Oral presentation" and "On-demand presentation", and if you wish, your presentation can also be considered for the Best On-demand Presentation Award.
 

PhD Student Presentation

This presentation is intended for students enrolled in a doctoral program.
 

Change of Presenter

Presentations will be given by the presenters listed in the preliminary manuscript.
If the presenter (the person making the presentation) changes, please confirm the change by the manuscript submission deadline and make sure that the description in the manuscript and the web entry match at the time of manuscript submission.
Presenters cannot be changed after that date. However, if you have to change the presenter, please be sure to notify us by e-mail (75nenkai@spsj.or.jp).
In case of any changes after the manuscript submission deadline or in case of any discrepancy between the manuscript and the web entry, we will notify the participants of the discrepancy by posting a notice at the venue, in the web preprints, and later on our website, etc.

 

Cancellation of Presentations

If the preprints are published and the manuscript is made publicly available, you will be considered to have presented even if you are unable to present on the day of the conference.
If a presentation is cancelled, please be sure to notify us by e-mail (75nenkai@spsj.or.jp).
Since this will not be a complete announcement, it will be announced in the Web Proceedings, and posted on the website or other media at a later date.
If a presentation is cancelled on the day of presentation, please also notify the person in charge of each venue of the cancellation as soon as possible.
