小規模国際会議


小規模国際会議補助金の交付について


　　平成24年度に国内で開催が予定されている小規模な国際会議（参加者数が150名以下、 全体の予算規模で600万円以下を目安とする）で、全体の予算規模からみても本補助金（30万円以内／件）を 必要とする場合、次の要領により申請してください。補助金申請の採用および補助金額は国際交流委員会の審査を 経て決定いたします。選考においては、小規模な国際会議の条件を満たす会議を優先いたします。
　　A4判用紙で申請書を作成し、9月30日までに所属支部長または研究会運営委員長を経由し、国際交流委員長宛に郵送してください。
